I try to support small businesses when I can, but there is something to be said about first impressions. I called to see if we were covered because their website said they took our insurance. I explained to Lesley that the name of our insurance recently changed to Superior, and she immediately said, “We don’t work with Superior.” When I explained that the website said they did, she put me on hold to check. When she returned to the phone, she had an even worse attitude. She acted like it was inconvenient to check and see if we were covered, then hung up the phone. She didn’t bother to call back, so I called again and got Julie. She was very nice, but she transferred me back to Lesley, who still had the same attitude. When I found out our particular plan wasn’t covered, that was the end of the conversation. She didn’t tell me any more information about out-of-pocket costs or ask if I still wanted to proceed. We will find a different eye doctor.

Great experience, lovely office. Team from start to finish was fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable. I came to see Dr. Gibson regarding contacts for astigmatism. Erika assisted me with the diagnostics and eye testing and was incredibly thorough and professional. I had never been fitted for contacts before as I was always told they would be uncomfortable. Dr. Gibson and his team assured me that there would be an option for me to enjoy contacts, and he/they were right! Very happy with my prescription. During the contact lens try in process the 2 team members that assisted and taught me how to take my contacts out and put them in were VERY patient, knowledgeable, and understanding. I'm very glad I became a patient of Dr. Gibson's and Klein Eyecare, I would definitely recommend them to my family, friends, and the community! Almost forgot to add: You can opt in to TEXT the team at the office regarding appointments, insurance verification, etc. This really stood out to me as it works perfectly for someone with a busy schedule.

I've been seeing Dr Gibson Mr) for years. I have keratoconus and he's been able to get my vision to 20/20 with gas permeable contacts. He's been awesome! My husband has seen Dr Scott for years and has been very pleased with his care as well! All the eye drs here are great and the staff - from receptionist to the girls who jelp with the eye tests prior to exam are great! Very professional and friendly as well. We totally recommend the drs in this office- and all the staff!

I will always go to Kline Eyecare for my vision. The staff is very helpful. Kyndal was very friendly and professional while helping me through my eye exam. She seems very comfortable and knowledgeable in her position. All the doctors are great choices but I normally see Dr. Abernathy. He is a great doctor that you can tell is passionate about what he does and makes sure his patients are taken care of. 5 stars on customer service, quality, and timeliness of this office’s work! Would definitely recommend making them your primary eye doctor.

I had a great experience at Klein Eyecare. The service was wonderful. Kyndal helped me through the eye examine part and was so fast and knew how to work all the machines and keep you comfortable at the same time. Then Dr. Abernathy came in for the examine and as always was very polite and listen to me and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them.
